3. Participant Responsibilities

As a conscious participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your spiritual journey
• Participate with integrity and openness throughout the transformation process
• Honor all sacred commitments and payment obligations as agreed upon
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' spiritual sharing
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your consciousness journey or circumstances

5. Investment and Payment Terms

Our conscious investment structure will be clearly outlined in your transformation agreement. Payment terms include:

• Additional costs for retreat experiences and sacred ceremonies

6. Refund Policy

Sacred Refund Terms: We understand that spiritual journeys can evolve, and we honor the need for flexibility. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to conscious service and includes the following provisions:

• Initial Spiritual Consultation: If you are not aligned with your initial consultation experience, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the consultation date.
• Ongoing Programs: For transformation programs already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on spiritual work completed and consciousness shifts facilitated. Any unused program investments will be refunded within 30 days of program completion or termination.
• Retreat Experiences: If sacred retreat experiences have been provided and energy transmitted, refunds may not be available. However, we will work compassionately with you to address any concerns about the spiritual quality or alignment of the work.
• Third-Party Sacred Costs: Investments made to third parties (venue rental fees, material costs, etc.) are generally non-refundable as these costs have been incurred for your spiritual benefit.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us with conscious intention in writing within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 21 business days of approval, honoring the sacred flow of energy exchange.

7. Limitation of Sacred Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the investments made for our spiritual services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive outcomes. Our maximum responsibility shall not exceed the total amount invested for our consciousness programs.

8. Professional Spiritual Standards

We adhere to the highest professional and spiritual standards as guided by universal consciousness principles and applicable Singapore legal requirements. Our services comply with all relevant Singapore and international spiritual education standards.

9. Completion of Sacred Service

Either party may complete the spiritual mentorship relationship with conscious communication and written notice. Upon completion, we will:

• Provide you with copies of your transformation journey records
• Return any unused program investments honoring energy exchange
• Complete any urgent consciousness work to prevent spiritual stagnation
• Maintain sacred confidentiality of all spiritual sharing

10. Governing Consciousness Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law and the jurisdiction of Singapore courts, while honoring universal spiritual principles. Any conflicts will be resolved through Singapore legal procedures with conscious mediation preferred.
